Rates for the Main House include a continental breakfast of juice, peeled and sliced fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, homemade bread and tea or coffee.

One child per room under 12 years old can be free of charge if sharing with adults and using existing or own bedding. Breakfast (if required) will be charged at $15. In case of two children, one must use a rollaway.

Please note the rollaway must be booked as an Extra ~ A cot is available (no charge).

A barbecue is available. The charge for guests of the Main House B&B is NZ$7.50 per person /minimum 2 persons. For guests of The Cottage and The Barn, a barbecue is provided on the deck.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Credit card details (valid at time of stay) are required to secure a reservation. No charges are made to the card, except in the case of late cancellation. (Please see Cancellation Policy).

Where bookings are for a period of 5 nights or more, a deposit equal to one night of the stay is payable in advance to secure the booking. This deposit is processed to the submitted credit card.

- Our cancellation policy provides that full tariffs are payable unless we are advised of a cancellation more than 48 hours prior to commencement of the stay.
- Where bookings are for a period of 5 nights or more, 25% of the quoted accommodation rate is payable unless we are advised of the cancellation more than 7 days prior to commencement of the stay.
- Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in the full quoted rate being payable.
